AEMS Co. is a professional business consulting firm based in Canada. We provide Management Consulting services, Training Services, Procurement Services & Investment Services worldwide. For more than two decades, our team of consultants has worked throughout the region to provide a variety of services in:

Consultancy; We have a proven Track record of provision of consultancy Services within various Sectors such as Food & Beverage, Oil & Energy, Pharmaceutical / Medical, etc.
Training; our tutors have conducted thousands of Technical Training man-hours for various clients. Our training will be both online, face-to-face, group, in house and e-learning trainings.
Procurement; having been engaged in multiple EPCI & EPCIF Projects in upstream / downstream sectors, we have a trustable experience in implementation and management of Procurement Process varying from identification of sources, generating procurement plan in line with Project Master Plan & holding technical / commercial sessions to execution of purchasing & commercial processes.
We possess a unique combination of creativity, innovation and leadership skills, all of which contribute to AEMS’s reputation and profitability. They don’t just take a back-seat, either — each of the founding members has taken an active leadership role in the company, seeking clients, vetting consultants and developing partnership opportunities. They also played active roles as consultants within the company, leading the staff by example and contributing even further to the success of the company. Our founding members are now complemented by a complete team of experienced staff members since its establishment. AEMS Co. has grown from a business made up of three people to a full staff of more than 60 consultants and staff. AEMS’s current team includes exceptional individuals with experience in business analysis, project management, change management and training, among many other skills. Our staff members also have extensive certifications and qualifications that set us apart from the competition — our team is comprised of consultants with many specialized competencies and certifications including Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), Project Management Professional (PMP®), and ITIL® v3 Foundation
